Ânima and Vivo have joined forces to empower young people and increase their employability. As a result of this partnership, Vivae was born with the enormous challenge of increasing engagement in professional learning journeys conducted via mobile phones. Outracoisa* stepped in to create new learning formats that overcome the traditional inefficiency of distance learning.
The Project
Employability for thousands of young people
To win over those few minutes waiting at the bus stop, often sacrificed to Instagram or TikTok, we need to offer interactive content formats capable of overcoming boredom. This was precisely our mission at Vivae: to invent formats and content that would increase student engagement in both professional development paths and core skills, such as math, Portuguese, and soft skills, always aiming for employability and practical application in the job market.

The Challenge
Great ambition, short attention
We know from experience what research insists on proving: our attention span is reduced, and focus is increasingly elusive amid the incessant flow of information. On the other hand, securing a job requires some basic skills that require time and study to establish in our overworked brains. It is precisely this mismatch that lies Vivae's main challenge. On the one hand, the ambition for the first job, on the other, the short attention span that diminishes the chances of landing it.




The Process
Vivae methodology, validated content
Our mission was to develop templates that alternated between different content formats, making the learning process more dynamic and engaging. To ensure the content was effective, we conducted an extensive research, format brainstorming, and prototyping, always with intermediate validations with the Vivae team and users. The methodology involved seven main steps, including planning, syllabus definition, audiovisual scripting, and content production, with a special focus on making the experience interactive and audiovisual.

The Solution
Learning that engages and prepares for the job market
Based on the defined value proposition, which aims to prepare students for the job market through simple and accessible digital learning paths, our solution was designed to deliver a practical and engaging learning experience. We prioritized the development of 120 content units distributed across technical knowledge and social-emotional skills, always integrating practical tips applicable to student's daily lives and the needs of the job market.
The learning experience was designed to actively engage students, with short, interactive videos that keep them engaged throughout the path. Furthermore, the content was segmented into professional training paths, such as hotel business and UX, complemented by soft skills and essential knowledge, such as nonviolent communication and applied mathematics, which support job market preparation.
The result was a learning experience that alternates between interactive and audiovisual formats, ensuring that students were always actively involved in the process. This model not only increased engagement but also offered a more practical experience applicable to the reality of the job market, aligned with the profile of Vivae's target audience.
